Transferring bolt torque to actual surface pressures (to see if the PLA can hold up) is way beyond me. Park lists about 8-14 NM of torque for steel bolts

My approach would be to file/sand off the teeth from a worn out ring and avoid the cool factor of 3D printing. Andy
