When I was riding across the country we spent a night at this campground in MN. The stall walls were not equidistant from the toilets. Rather, they were skewed to the left so badly that my left arm and shoulder were up against the wall when sitting, forcing me to "go right."
Stall ergonomics are one of those things that you don't think about until there's an obvious problem, that's for sure.
