If the alignment is out as T-Mar mentions--nothing. Don't buy it. Otherwise, it could probably fetch between $200 - $400 depending on rim wear, leather saddle wear, and drivetrain wear.
Most important--does it FIT you. Don't drive 3 hours to find out that it's too big/too small--ask for measurements of the seattube and top tube, and include a link with instructions so he/she knows how to measure.
