It’s also worth mentioning that OP was initially able to ride without shoulder/hand pain before the fit. He also looks jacked as hell for a cyclist of his height (6 ft+). People calling him skinny and shriveled and weak must be giving arnold lifting advice. I have no idea how we went straight to “do months of PT” before “maybe experiment a little”

I also call bunk on “hip/hamstring flexibility”. I have none to speak of, and my bike is set up with 4+ inches of drop. The main limiter, especially for tall people, is just saddle shape. You have to be able to lean forward onto your perineum.
