8 speed barcons
Hi, brand new here. I'm setting up a Performance Blue Ridge.My components are fairly vintage. The frame lacks DT bosses for the shifter cables so for simplicity I'd like to use my Shimano 8spd bar end shifters. The wheels are 7 speed Shimano cassette. Will the 8 speed shifters index with the 7 speed cassette?
