This is the kit I used for my Sram system when I installed my rx4 calipers and it indeed has the appropriate bleeding adapter with an M5 threaded end. Sram uses 2 syringes the bleed their brakes, this kit has 3 adapters, 2 of which are the ones you need. There are knock off kits around the internet that are cheaper. Maybe even your local bike shop has one to buy or rent for a few hours.
