I gave up on shaving products marketed to women a looooong time ago. They're simply not as good (and sometimes not as cheap). Apparently they have to take measures to make sure our delicate delicate pink lady-skin isn't damaged by the big mean shavers, which means "good luck getting a close shave." (It's possible that has changed in the years since, but I don't feel the need to find out. Also I don't like pink.)

(Why we're expected to be completely hairless over our entire bodies but given inferior tools with which to accomplish that, I don't know.)
