I finally broke out of the 260s! Been stuck on that 10 pound loop since 31 March... But the trend was always down. I dropped another pant size, and tightened my belt 2 notches!


I'm retired Navy, 1981 to 2001. I felt like a sausage in it's casing in Feb... Didn't need to suck it in the other day. Yea! The flight suit was a goal...

256 is my immediate goal. That is 100 pounds lost since surgery in October. And, the lowest I weighed after breaking my back nearly 8 years ago. Next goal, 240. And my 2006 Cannondale CAAD8 reward. I weighed about 240 when I retired 18 years ago.

This has been a dead past week for exercise. Thought I had a rash, but no. Nope. SHINGLES! Never knew that included the muscle tissue all the way to the bone, for pain. Left hip, from my "junk" to my crack... Yeah. Feels like I got hit by a bus... Doc gave me meds, scheduled me for the vaccine after I heal... Today is the best the deep tissue has felt in 10 days...
