Another newbie. Considering the Sport Carbon. I can get the 2016 at a discount but only in large. I am 64 years old, 6', 235 with a 31 inch inseam. My LBS says they prefer me in the XL but can extend the bar forward a centimeter or so on the large. Make sense or should I pay extra for an XL? I do have some neck and shoulder problems and they want to extend me somewhat to keep me from bunching up as I understand it.
I ordered the 2017 XL today. Hope to have it before the weekend. They will spend some time completing the fitting on Saturday if possible and I will take it out for a Sunday morning ride before heading to the stadium to see the Jags and Packers battle.
