Not a lot of road rash, because I went pretty much straight down, not a lot of sliding.
Expensive though. Prescription sunglasses destroyed, helmet toast, brooks leather bar tape destroyed, and I think the carbon bars are toast (there's about a 1 inch spot right in the curve of the drops that's abraded down into the fiber).
Things are replaceable. More importantly glad to hear you're none the worse for wear.
I'm hoping I don't die of heat exhaustion today given the oppressive heat and humidity. I was going to get my riding in early this morning but didn't wake up early enough so I commuted in to work. Needless to say I will be taking it very easy on the ride home.
