No issues at all!
The closure mechanism has two parts, there are two internal flaps that are secured with velcro, and then the outer flaps are held in place with the twist fastener. So it really isn't under much of any strain at all. The heavy lifting is definitely done by the velcro.
I'm not exactly filling it to the brim, either, so I anticipate these will last a good long time.
