Awesome job, look forward to seeing you progress. I too am on a journey to a better me and we are around the same age, set your goals and stick to them but most of all get out and ride. Don't let your weight keep you off the bike, you can do it and your bike can too. I have an older aluminum frame that was my first road bike and it has been with me from the start at 315 to 198 and everywhere in between. You got this and don't let anyone tell you otherwise, get out and hammer, your legs will be sore and your ass will scream at you but you know you will love it!!
