Looks like putty? From the looks of things, you will probably need to uncover the engravings on the fork crown and tops of seat stays, too. But I agree it's a cool color for a Colnago. Hopefully you can reveal all the Colnago logos and remove the Bianchi decals and return this to a properly-labeled bike.
