Those are a set of Velocity Aeroheads rims,
Wheelsmith spokes and Campagnolo Record hubs, waiting for the US/Canadian border to reopen so I can pickup the rest of the parts sitting in a warehouse needed to finish it off. Going mostly Ofmega, hubs, headset, detailers, simplex retro-friction shifters, and likely Campagnolo seat post and brakes.
