Gave my 1995 Trek 820 to my sister-in-law. She's very happy. Offered to install a kickstand and a rack if she decides she's like them.
Sold the Fuji Sundance with the roller cam brakes to a guy who knew bikes. He really liked it.
Basically getting rid of bikes. I have too many of the same types of bikes. Not sure what I want or what i like. Each bike seems to have "something" that I don't like. I've spent so much money & time fixing things up, only to decide it's too big, too small, not ......you get the idea. I would prefer to have a few bikes I really like around vs a bunch of "meh".
Careful, the better you get at this the more you fill your storage up with higher quality stuff, that you like. It's why I now have three bikes that are essentially the same thing, steel touring bikes.
