4 hours z2 today with a few sprints. Good news is I hit my best 5s for 2019. Bad news is its still a little lower than previous years.
Also I'm loving the little cardio boost from BWR! Never felt so fresh at the end of 4 hours before. Felt like I could easily have gone for a couple more. Tomorrow is big gear up Palomar (1h10m-1h15m ish climb for me) plus riding to and from. Feeling good again finally!
