The past week was kind of a weird one for me ... extremely busy in the early part of the week so not much walking and no cycling. Then Rowan drove me around on Wednesday, although I did walk between uni and work. So all up I walked 12.3 km.
The weekend wasn't brilliant for weather ... we had been thinking of doing a ride from home on Sunday, but ended up changing our minds and riding inside instead.
Busy, busy, busy weeks lately with work and uni and health issues (but not mine this time!).
I haven't even had much time for ...
So after doing a 12.3 km walking week in my previous post, the next week I upped it to 19.55 km, and last week I reached 20.1 km.
Mostly utility walking as usual. I haven't had much time to go for recreational walks, although I did do a little bit last weekend. A couple beautiful walks on the beaches up the east coast.
