Kickr core, Kickr climb, and some cheap cubby shelves from Target. Funny thing, is the household comptroller was fine with $1500 for the trainer and climb, but she was against the $40 for the cubbies. To me, the money spent ($40) was of no consequence, and if they didn't work out where I envisioned them, they could always go in the garage.
