jamsbiks on Ebay. He normally list them for 1500 but let me get a pair for 1200 for BF.
I took pictures and sent to Andy over at HED who confirmed they are legitimate wheels, fully functional Vanquish 6 RC Pro's with sonic hubs, just "blemished" models they cannot sell at full retail. He was familiar with this ebayer. The blemishes on these are hard to find. They are perfectly true and well built with good spoke tension. They have Aug 20 build dates on them.
Know that the pictures on Jamsbiks listing are not the actual model so what you get may be slightly different but you can see the blemishes in the pics.
Also HED had a 20% Holiday discount for Black Friday which I am sure will come back before Christmas. The 20% off gets you into a pair of the Vanquish RC Performance wheels for about 1300.00
