Did 2hrs with 3x20 @ 99% Thursday, 3hrs with 5x15 @ 99% Friday, 3hrs 3x20 @99% and z2 between yesterday, and was aiming for 4hrs with 4x20 @ 99% today with z2/3 between and shat the bed 10min into my first ftp interval. Definitely found my recovery limit, but I think I could've made it another rep or two deeper if I had eaten enough yesterday! I get to rest up for a few days and switch over to some less intense higher volume afterward.
