These were all addressed; the one outstanding issue was an obviously-defective FS cartridge -- noisy/clicky etc. As noted a couple posts back, this has now been replaced by the FS 2.0 cartridge as supplied on the upper-end 2020 Roubaix. This was an unasked-for treat; it was what was sent by Spec. as a warranty replacement for my 1.0 cartridge. Still early days, but as noted above -- what a difference!
