It isn't a preconception when it happens every time. If I hit myself in the head with a hammer 100 times in a row, and my head hurts every time, the next time I hit myself in the head with the hammer, I can expect it to hurt. So far, in my life, I have had no good interactions with that specific breed. From the neighbors to being bit by one on a bike ride, there hasn't been a single good experience.
