Done with week 3 of SSB2 HV, awesome week and I’m feeling strong. Yesterday I did 4x20 at 90% and my HR stayed at or below 160 and today was 3x30 at 85% and my HR stayed at or below 150, so feeling good about potentially going up another 5w for the next phase in a few weeks. Ultimately the plan is to a sustained power build phase next and then go back to base and then short power to set myself up for a CX season
