- Shimano CX 50 brakes (works great for these bikes with smaller post widths, just needs better pads)
- Brooks C17 seat (love it for all weather comfort)
- DT Swiss PR1600 (super quiet, great bang for buck performance)
- Marathon Supreme 35mm (great commuter tyre and decent balance of performance/comfort)
- Catalyst Evo pedals (biggest I can find, and toe clip isn't an issue)
Only future changes planned are converting to Microshift 1x10 for simplicity reasons but now starting to doubt that decision
