70 mile round trip from Ocean City, NJ to the Cape May lighthouse on Saturday. Moderate temps and no wind made for an excellent ride. I was missing about 100 calories in my system and was forced to soft pedal the last few miles as I was spent at that point. Recovered with some soft pretzels.
