Wake up, caffeine pill, bowl of cereal. Wait around for heart to start pumping and blood to start flowing to the brain, and caffeine to do it's magic. Get kit ready, tires checked, watter bottles, etc. Take dump. Go ride. Come back, drink protein shake and eat more.
