Managed to get my 9 year old to do back to back days doing 17miles (2 hrs with breaks) on the local path which thankfully hasn’t been too busy when it normally would be this time of year. I have zero concept of how much a 9 year old can ride, he’s not always super gung ho and the allure of the new bike wore off quickly lol but I think the activity does really help with his adhd from my very small sample size.
I’m one week in to trainerroad’s SSB2 HV and aside from some uncomfortable temps in my basement it’s going fine
