You have two practically pristine Centurions, so one with scars is cool.
If it were me and since I lack the patience to make it original I would :
Treat any rust with rust remover. Then access, touch up paint and clear coat or just clear coat.
BTW I dig those tires that were on there too. Your bike seems to be rare and unique, I'm envious.
