Welcome to the forum. There's a separate sub-forum for appraisals which is better suited for valuations. The photos you've submitted are extreme close-ups. Members will also want a good, drive side photo of the complete bicycle. Based on the submitted photos it appears to be quite neglected, with a good amount of rust and in need of a complete overhaul and new consumables. Link to gallery pics;
