The Zip-Ties (Blue) have Not been cinched tight yet. A few drops of adhesive will go between the layers , but don't overdo it.
An old mop handle was most efficacious for suspending the top of the structure from the handlebar clamps. 3/4" rubber plug was inserted in the ends of the broomstick, and a screw with washer holds the Coroplast™.
I shoot these photos BEFORE the job is complete , because once it's closed in , you won't be able to see inside.
