Been doing short on the bike sprints and lots of time on the rollers. Also been doing more stretching and yoga with some body weight exercises. Switching to school online and still working (bike mechanic) has meant less time for training than before . Although I am down 10 pounds and spinning faster than ever.

-pull ups, squats, dips, ab work.
-cadence drills
-working on better fit on the track bike
