3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
Don't recover as quickly as I used to. Also take longer to build endurance base. Less time to ride with family responsibilities
4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Riding on and off all my life. Went from 235lbs in mid 30's to 155 lbs, lowered cholesterol from 230 to 140, B/P to 120/70 from 160/100, haven't quit since.
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
Roadie, enjoy distance rides (50+, Centuries) ridden RAIN, El Tour de Tuscon, Hilly 100,
6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
Try for 1K annually minimum plus it when I can
7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
