Took me just under 8 hours, clock time. That's about 6:45 for riding around 15 mph average, 20 minutes extra for the hills, and the rest of the time eating and refilling water bottles. Tailwind assist heading north, it wasn't too hot or too strong so it was a cooling breeze coming back south, and only 4,000 feet of climbing, so it was fairly flat.
