I rode into Seattle yesterday to go investigate a bike shop I had recently heard about on Capitol Hill.

It was a beautiful fall day, folks out enjoying it in various ways like these kayakers as I passed over them on the Mercer Island Bridge.

Riding to Capitol Hill, I pass by one of the more interesting shops in the area.

The Good Weather Bike Shop and Cafe Good Weather is tucked into the back of this alley packed with trendy shops.

The Bike shop is pretty cool. Kind of in the same vein as a Rapha Store but easier to feel comfortable in. I had a beer (from my favorite brewery Holy Mountain!) and a delicious sandwich and also picked up a new pair of gloves.

I finished the ride by looping North around Lake Washington on the Burke Gilman then South via the Sammamish River and East Lake Sammamish Trails to Issaquah before heading East back to my car parked in Preston.
