Does it actually say SHIMANO on the RDER? IF it does, it's such a low end DER, it's not available to the public.
Looking at what I think is your bike, it's a low end X-mart bike.
Shimano makes a Tourney Model with a claw adapter that although lower end, is superior to what's on it.
