Recovery week but I feel fine; ever since I started prioritizing my diet and sleep (going to bed at 9 instead of 10:30) I've rolled into recovery weeks feeling fresh. Used to be they were a necessity every 3 weeks (sometimes 2) but no matter the volume or intensity I really haven't been getting fatigued. So this will probably just be 3 days, maybe 4 and I should be able to smash again.
