Ride! Whether it is a century or just to your mailbox! Four years ago I found myself losing my life (literally) on an operating table. It took years to recoup. It is a miracle I survived. Once I did recoup I bought a bike. I am 58 this coming Saturday and had not ridden a bike since I was 15!. Every day is a gift to us all. If you have the ability.. RIDE and enjoy every breath...every smell...every pedal stroke. You're alive! FEEL IT!!!!
