I have a 1993 Bianchi Campione (I'm the original owner and it's my only road bike).I am tired of the downtube gear levers, and want to replace them with something on the handlebar. The bike is 2 x 7. I'd like to use Shimano o 105 St 5800 2 x 7, but the closest I can find are these two (1) Shimano Tourney 2 x7 and (2) Shimano 105 St 1055 2x8. I gather that the 105s would be much better, but will they work. If not, would I be happy with th Tourney, or are there other options? Also, could I combine, with 105 on the left and Tourney on the right? THANKS so much.
