Just coming off one of my longest shifts ever. 21.5 hours, doing a system cutover. Get a few hours sleep and back at it.
I have no idea how they require doctors under even more stress to do this (and more) regularly and not make mistakes. I stared at the wrong spreadsheet for 30 seconds before I realized it was not even remotely similar to what I was looking for.
