60 mile / 4 hour ride. Forgot my water! Wasn't too bad until about 2.5 hours in when it got in the 90's. I got a work call and had to TT home for 14 miles. I was dead, no watts; so I stopped at a Subway and got some cookies. After that I was able to smash it. Still wonder if I would have gotten home faster without that 5 minute break and no energy or if that extra power boost was worth it.
It would have been close, and I made it 5 minutes before I would have gotten written up! (need to respond within an hour).
