they DO look to be pressed-in sealed cartridge bearings. If you are determined to service them check out the "easy" step-by-step wiki made by miamijim, it's "easy" cause you can leave them in place whilst you clean and re-pack with grease of your choice. Even replace a rubber (coated) seal if it's trashed. But if the bearings are actually bad then the servicing is still possible but involves pressing out and in, you need at the least an assortment of "anvils" like deep sockets and a large vise or arbor-press.
