Mark Bixby being the impetus behind bike lanes on the bridge isn’t relevant to whether it’s worth it to ride a bike on Terminal Island or not.

But I guess he was good at getting his way? Just because you can delay the building of a bridge with a fight over bike lanes, doesn’t mean you should. Just because you can stuff 3 more friends into a King Air, doesn’t mean you should.

Maybe those 2 ideas are related?
