Anyway it was funny- first the shock, then despair, then hope, then accomplishment. A microcosm of life, all in a single 20 min interval, lol.
I find the TT bike very uncomfortable on the trainer, for some reason. Outside, I can swing it, but I guess I just have too much time in my head to think of things.

Yep. Once can see a short lifetime in a 20 minute graphical representation of bicycle metrics.
