Save the campy hubs for an eroica bike that gets just used occasionally. If you are carrying a load then old hubs with screw on freeewheels are not reliable. You might be lucky but there is a big reason that all hubs now use cassettes and that is the axle is supported at each end and another bearing inside the freehub body.
