Not as exotic as people touring entire countries and such, but it's hard to believe some of my first posts here I was commenting that I don't care about the 25 mile, 50 mile, century milestones just riding my 12 miles a day for exercise. My buddy's wife plans my summers and in July we're heading to Buffalo for 11 days camping around Lake Ontario, if I can get a passport in time.
Other than that, it's just a "hey, why don't we take Friday off (my bud is a coworker) and go do Pine Creek for 3 days and such.
