The heaviest weights I have at home are 30lb dumbbells. I've been doing Bulgarian split squats, and single leg RDLs. I bought some rings and ceiling anchors for upper body, they have been really fun.
For bike, I'm trying to go through the upupup sprint workouts on my road bike + dumb trainer. Also doing simple spinning on the rollers with my track bike.
