R&A and Strictly deal with a certain kind of customer. Which is to say someone who knows what they want and mostly knows about bicycles. I do fine there, but I wouldn't send a newbie.
I knew exactly what I wanted. Maybe the problem at Strictly was I pulled up in a beat up 2001 Civic that was worth maybe $1000 and they didn't expect me to be dropping 5 figures on a bicycle.
