They're great. They also have an eBay side business so if you have bike gear you want to get rid of and can't be bothered to do it yourself, they will sell your stuff and apply it to the purchase of your new bike. I haven't been there in a while, but they have a good selection of Cannondale, Scott, and BMC. I'd call first to get a sense of what they have on hand since some shops I know have been running light on the inventory.
