I looked at Scott shoes last winter while trying to find something relatively light, relatively stiff, and for the price I wanted that also came in size 49.
The 2 options I looked at were both really good for the price.

Ended up going with some shoes by LG that are BOA with a Velcro strap at the toe like yours. BOA is really nice.
