The OP is a typical American who forgets the world doesn't revolve around his country... and calls himself an American as if someone from Brazil couldn't do the same.
But yeah, that looks similar to the rest of us. Looks like roughly 80-90 USD to me. It's just funny how, in nearly 30 years of bicycling, I never thought about the total cost of all those provisions.
